Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Pix-Vu. This Refund Policy sets out our 30-day money-back guarantee, the EU right of withdrawal, and how to request a refund. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (EU).

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription payment, no questions asked.

  • The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only (regardless of whether you chose the monthly, quarterly, or annual plan).
  • You do not need to provide a reason for requesting a refund.
  • To request a refund, email us at support@pix-vu.com with the email address associated with your account.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled and access to the Service will end.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

  • How to withdraw: Send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to support@pix-vu.com within 14 days of your initial purchase. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
  • Refund timing: We will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fee will be charged for the reimbursement.
  • Service already used: If you requested that the Service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

3. After the Guarantee Period

After the initial 30-day guarantee period (or 14-day withdrawal period for EU consumers):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@pix-vu.com.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.
  • No further charges will be made after your subscription is cancelled.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, or if you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@pix-vu.com. We review each case individually and will work with you to reach a fair resolution. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the Service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or a price reduction.

5. Refund Process

  1. Submit your request: Email support@pix-vu.com with the email address associated with your Pix-Vu account.
  2. Confirmation: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  3. Processing:Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe to your original payment method.
  4. Bank processing:After we process the refund, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights. UK consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and EU consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national law. Where our guarantee or policy provides less protection than your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
