What To Do With The Answers

  1. Read the whole thing before the kickoff. Don't ask them what they already wrote.
  2. Build your strategy doc from this. Their answers ARE your brief.
  3. Cite their answers in proposals. "You said X — here's how we'll address it."
  4. Save it. When they ask "what's our CAC target?" 3 months in, you have it written down.
